I've had some black guys have an issue with who I date because I don't exclusively date black men, yet they want a lightskin on their arm. More people have come to understand why a non-Black person wearing cornrows or dreadlocks is problematic, or why blackface and verbalizing the ‘N-word’ in songs is harmful. While aint is used differently in AAVE it still exists outside that. Ex: That song is hella good!
